How /my/prices Works
The vendor portal is your private command center. Log in, manage your product catalogue and supply prices, and watch your listings update live on the marketplace.
Log in at /my
Use your SolarCity partner account to access the portal. Your vendor section appears under “My Prices” in the menu.
View your product catalogue
All products you are approved to supply are listed — panels, inverters, batteries, and accessories. Each row shows the product name, model, and your current supply price.
Update supply prices anytime
Click a row, enter your new price in IQD, and save. The marketplace configurator reflects your updated price on the next customer session — no approval queue, no delay.
Receive structured orders
When a customer confirms a build that includes your products, you receive a purchase order with the exact model, quantity, and delivery governorate. Fulfil and mark shipped from your portal.
Get paid on confirmation
Payment is released upon delivery confirmation by the customer or installer. All transactions are logged on your portal timeline.
Mutual NDA — What It Covers
Every vendor partner signs a mutual non-disclosure agreement before accessing the portal. This protects both parties.
What the NDA covers
- Your supply prices are confidential — never disclosed to other vendors or to end customers.
- Your product catalogue, inventory levels, and lead times remain your proprietary information.
- SolarCity’s platform architecture, customer data, and order volumes are confidential on our side.
- Term: 3 years from signing, surviving partnership termination.
- Governed by Iraqi Commercial Law. Disputes resolved by Baghdad Commercial Court.
- Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. NDA obligations survive termination.
